The strange key loop is half of a mysterious key found inside of Movario's base during While Guthix Sleeps. When used on a Mithril dragon with the Strange key teeth, it will fuse to form the Dragonkin key, which is used to make the dragon platebody via the Dragon Forge. Players need to tag the dragon by attacking it once for this to work.
