Ulgon — runescape

Ulgon is a cave goblin briefly mentioned in While Guthix Sleeps. He is part of a group of cave goblins being paid by Movario to aid him in the Tears of Guthix cavern. Originally Movario sent him down to find out what was at the bottom but the rope was too short. Therefore Movario sent for a longer rope which he is busy climbing down at that point in the quest.

He can be seen by the player hanging onto a wall when riding a Light creature down the chasm during and after the quest.

Trivia

Previously, during While Guthix Sleeps a rope could be seen going down into the chasm, presumably the one that Ulgon is climbing, but after the Tears of Guthix graphical update it can no longer be found, despite still being referenced in dialogue.
The end of the rope cannot be seen at the bottom of the chasm, also known as the Ancient Guthix Temple, and so presumably the second rope is still too short.
