Simon is a cape merchant who sells team capes for 50 coins each. He sells the 9-variety of team capes with a teardrop symbol. He is located in the Chaos Temple in the Wilderness.

After the Wilderness Improvements & Task Set update, Simon may now also be used as a bank.
