The shipping order is a quest item used in The Great Brain Robbery. It is given to the player to attach to what is supposedly a crate of live cats, but actually contains Dr Fenkenstrain and a collection of wooden cats instead. When the player uses the shipping list on the crate it is teleported to Mos Le'Harmless.
