Fillets, also known as cave-crawler fillets, are a Dorgeshuun cuisine that is made by the cave goblins. It consists of grilled slices of cave crawler, usually served on a decorative platter. The poisonous parts of the crawler are presumably removed or treated before serving.

Fillets can only be obtained randomly from the gourmets in Dorgesh-Kaan while selling food to them. Similar to other Dorgeshuun cuisine that can be received from the gourmets, it heals 250 life points when consumed.
