Filip is a penguin found in the penguin bunker during the Back to the Freezer quest. He is readying a presentation and is just waiting for people to turn up to hear his sales pitch, not realising that either nobody is turning up or that everybody has already left.

- Filip and his dialogue about selling pens is likely a direct reference to The Wolf of Wall Street, in which the protagonist learns how to sell stock bonds to people using the example of creating need to generate sales.
