Clean cadantine is a high level herb. It is used to make super defence potions at level 66 Herblore. Players can obtain it by cleaning a grimy cadantine, which gives 12.5 Herblore experience for cleaning. When used in conjunction with White berries it makes a super defence potion which gives 150 Herblore experience. They can also be used to make a divine herb patch III, requiring 82 Divination, 5 clean cadantine, and 10 brilliant energy. Chaos druids are mainly killed to get cadantine drops. Aberrant spectres also drop cadantines fairly often. The Fist of Guthix minigame offers Cadantine gloves which cause cadantine herbs to be dropped 50% of the time whenever herbs are dropped, if the monster drops cadantines at all.
