A bright wisp is a tier 3 wisp harvested in the divination skill. Upon being harvested, it will transform into a bright spring from which bright memories and bright energy may be gathered.
Each harvest of a bright wisp yields 3 divination experience, 6 if an enriched bright memory is harvested.
