Bonzo is a friendly resident of Hemenster, a small fishing village in the Kingdom of Kandarin. He runs the Fishing Contest, accepting entry fees from those with a Fishing pass and deciding where contestants compete. He also judges the caught fish and declares the winner. He is a good friend of Grandpa Jack.

He can be spoken to without a fishing pass after Heroes' Quest.
