Mod Lee was a community manager and video marketing executive for RuneScape. Lee has produced a lot of video content relating to RuneScape even prior to being hired by Jagex, going by the name Regicidal.^[1] The type of videos he has created have ranged from being informative, to music videos, and general commentaries.

Mod Lee lives in the United States, in contrast to the majority of the other Jagex employees.

He hosted a weekly boss mass every Sunday evening, which was broadcast on RuneScape's Twitch channel.

On August 20, 2019, Mod Lee tweeted that August 31, 2019 would be his last day of employment with Jagex.^[2]
